Our Story
Green & Red Consulting Limited, is a modern fresh approach to Construction Projects. We get involved with the Developer/Funder at Concept Stage (RIBA Stage 2) and add the value to the project from this point forward on to completion and handover.
Based on the experience of construction for over four decades, we look at the Construction Project Initially from the point of the builder, then from the point of view of the developer, whilst maintaining the integrity of the design and the building architecture. This approach allows us to appraise any scheme to ensure that the developer/funder is getting a return on their investment.
Our Difference
We review the concept scheme and look where the project can save time and money with the uses of modern methods of construction or even using a hybrid solution of old and the new methods.
With this is mind we develop a construction strategy with the project team or Architect, to allow the developer or investor to go out to the market and tender the project.
We carry out a full appraisal of the scheme, carry out a Bill Measure so it can be issued to several contractors to ensure the developer can appraise each bid in parallel.
